PRIVACY POLICY
THE VOID SPACE is built to feel clean, focused, and privacy-conscious. This Privacy Policy explains what information helps the platform work, how it is used, and what choices users have.
This Policy applies to creator accounts, login, signup, OTP verification, public profiles, uploads, moderation, downloads, image enhancement, feedback, notifications, and related platform features.
1. WHO WE ARE
THE VOID SPACE is a digital art and wallpaper platform operated by Syed Roshan Shareq.

2. OUR PRIVACY APPROACH
We aim to collect only what is reasonably needed to run accounts, creator profiles, uploads, downloads, enhancement features, moderation, security, support, and platform reliability.
THE VOID SPACE does not sell personal information.
3. INFORMATION THAT HELPS THE PLATFORM WORK
Account Information
- Creator username
- Email address
- Password hash and password salt
- Account type, such as email/password, legacy password, guest, or Google
- Account creation, update, and last login timestamps
- Profile picture path or URL
- Creator badge and account settings where applicable
Passwords are not stored in plain text.
Email OTP Information
- Email address used for signup, email change, or password reset
- Temporary hashed OTP verification data
- OTP expiry, resend timing, and attempt count
- IP and browser-key rate-limit records used to reduce OTP abuse
OTP codes are used for account verification and security. OTP values are stored temporarily as hashes and are not used for marketing.
Optional Google Authentication Information
If Google authentication is enabled and you use it, THE VOID SPACE may receive or store Google-related account data needed for login, signup, or linking, such as:
- Google account ID
- Google email address
- Google profile image URL
- Google linked timestamp
- Google profile details used only to help create or connect a THE VOID SPACE profile
Google authentication is disabled unless the platform operator configures and enables it.
Creator Profile And Public Content
- Public username
- Profile picture
- Approved wallpapers
- Wallpaper titles, creator labels, preview images, thumbnails, and download links
- Upload counts, approval status, badges, and public profile statistics
Approved wallpapers and public profile information may be visible to visitors and users.
Uploaded And Enhanced Images
- Wallpaper files uploaded for moderation
- Generated previews and thumbnails
- File type, size, storage path, and related metadata
- Enhancement request data needed to process supported images
- Temporary enhanced download tokens and output files
Enhanced download files may be stored only temporarily in server memory and may expire or be cleared when the server restarts.
Feedback, Notifications, And Support
- Feedback or bug report messages submitted by users
- Feedback type, status, timestamp, and admin replies
- System notification view state stored locally in the browser
- Support, privacy, or copyright request information users send to us
Reviewed feedback may be deleted automatically after the configured retention period.
Technical And Security Information
- Session identifiers and authentication cookies
- Browser key used for session protection and rate limiting
- IP address or network information used for security, diagnostics, and OTP rate limits
- Request timing, error logs, security events, and operational diagnostics
- Upload, download, enhancement, login, and admin action records where applicable
The old one-account-per-IP signup block has been removed. IP and browser information may still be used to help with security, rate limiting, session protection, diagnostics, and abuse prevention.
4. HOW INFORMATION IS USED
THE VOID SPACE uses information to:
- Create, verify, secure, and manage accounts
- Send and verify OTP codes
- Authenticate logins and manage sessions
- Support optional Google sign-in and linking when enabled
- Operate creator profiles, uploads, moderation, downloads, and enhancement features
- Generate previews and thumbnails
- Track upload limits, enhancement quota, login protection, and feedback status
- Send or display system notifications
- Respond to support, privacy, copyright, and rights requests
- Protect platform security, diagnose issues, reduce abuse, and improve reliability
5. TRUSTED SERVICE PROVIDERS
THE VOID SPACE uses trusted third-party providers to operate the platform. These providers process information only as needed for their role in the Service.
- Render for hosting and runtime infrastructure
- Supabase for database and storage
- Brevo for transactional OTP email delivery
- Cloudinary for image enhancement when configured and available
- Google/Supabase authentication services if Google auth is enabled
6. COOKIES AND LOCAL STORAGE
THE VOID SPACE uses cookies for authentication and session security. Some browser local storage may be used for user interface state, account display state, browser keys, notification seen state, cached wallpaper lists, and similar app functionality.
If cookies or browser storage are disabled, login, profile, upload, feedback, download, notification, or enhancement features may not work correctly.
7. PUBLIC INFORMATION
Public information may include usernames, profile pictures, approved wallpapers, wallpaper titles, creator labels, creator badges, public profile statistics, and approved wallpaper downloads.
Please avoid uploading private or sensitive information that you do not want visible on the platform.
8. CONTENT MODERATION
Uploaded content may be reviewed by administrators for quality, copyright concerns, safety, platform integrity, and consistency with the Terms of Service.
Moderation actions can include approval, rejection, deletion, metadata edits, account review, or other practical steps needed to keep the Service reliable and respectful.
9. LIMITED SHARING
Information is shared only when reasonably needed for:
- Hosting, database, storage, and infrastructure operations
- Transactional email delivery
- Image enhancement processing
- Optional authentication services
- Security, diagnostics, support, and abuse prevention
- Responding to valid requirements or important rights-related requests
- Protecting users, creators, THE VOID SPACE, or third-party rights
- A business transfer, merger, acquisition, or similar change involving the Service
10. HOW LONG INFORMATION IS KEPT
Information is kept while accounts remain active, while content remains available, and for reasonable periods needed for security, backups, platform integrity, support, and required records.
Temporary OTP records expire or are cleared when no longer needed. Temporary enhanced download records expire quickly or may be cleared when server memory is reset. Reviewed feedback may be removed automatically after the configured retention period.
11. SECURITY
THE VOID SPACE uses safeguards designed to protect information, including password hashing, HttpOnly cookies, same-origin request checks, login lockouts, OTP rate limits, upload validation, admin protections, and limited access to server secrets.
No online service can promise perfect security, so users should keep account credentials private and contact support if they suspect unauthorized access.
12. ACCOUNT DELETION
Users may delete their own accounts through available profile tools. Account deletion may remove profile data, uploaded wallpapers, profile pictures, active sessions, and related records where applicable.
A small amount of information may remain for a limited time in backups, logs, security systems, or required records where reasonably necessary.
13. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
THE VOID SPACE is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If a parent or guardian believes a child under 13 has provided information, they can contact us and we will review the request.
14. INTERNATIONAL PROCESSING
THE VOID SPACE is operated from India and may use providers that process information in other locations. This helps the platform deliver hosting, storage, email, authentication, and enhancement features.
15. YOUR CHOICES AND REQUESTS
Depending on applicable law and your location, you may be able to request access, correction, deletion, or information about how your data is handled.
Requests can be sent to thevoid.support4u@gmail.com. We may need to verify account ownership before acting on certain requests.
16. THIRD-PARTY LINKS
THE VOID SPACE may link to third-party websites, social platforms, creator profiles, or services. Those third parties have their own privacy practices, and their policies apply when you visit or use them.
17. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
THE VOID SPACE may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as the platform changes. Updated versions become effective when published unless a later effective date is stated.
If an update materially changes privacy practices, we will try to make the update clear through the published Policy or other reasonable notice.
