TERMS OF SERVICE
These Terms explain how THE VOID SPACE works and what helps keep the platform clean, safe, and enjoyable for everyone. They cover creator accounts, public profiles, wallpaper uploads, previews, downloads, feedback, notifications, image enhancement features, moderation tools, and related services (together, the "Service").
By using THE VOID SPACE or creating an account, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If anything here feels unclear, you can contact us before continuing.
1. WHO WE ARE
THE VOID SPACE is a digital art and wallpaper platform built for users who appreciate minimal, dark, and immersive visuals. Our goal is to provide a carefully curated collection of high-quality wallpapers while giving creators a place to showcase their work.
The platform offers original-quality downloads, creator profiles, curated collections, and image enhancement features to improve supported wallpapers. We are committed to delivering a clean, privacy-focused, and community-driven experience where both creators and users can discover and share exceptional digital art.
THE VOID SPACE is continuously evolving, and new features, improvements, and community tools are added regularly to enhance the overall experience.
THE VOID SPACE is independently operated by Syed Roshan Shareq. In these Terms, "THE VOID SPACE", "we", "our", and "us" refer to the platform and its operator.
2. WHO CAN USE THE PLATFORM
THE VOID SPACE is intended for users aged 13 and older. If you are under the age of majority where you live, please use the Service with permission or guidance from a parent or guardian.
Please keep your account details accurate enough for login, security, support, and account recovery.
3. ACCOUNTS AND LOGIN
THE VOID SPACE currently supports email/password accounts with email OTP verification. Users can log in with either their email address or creator username, plus their password.
Signup may ask for a trusted email domain, a permanent username, a password that meets platform rules, agreement to these Terms and the Privacy Policy, and a 6-digit verification code sent by email.
Usernames are permanent because they identify creator profiles, profile links, attribution, uploads, and public creator identity. Please choose your username carefully.
The previous one-account-per-IP signup block has been removed, so shared networks, family routers, public Wi-Fi, and mobile carrier networks should not automatically block genuine users from creating their own accounts.
4. EMAIL OTP AND SECURITY LIMITS
THE VOID SPACE uses a transactional email provider to send OTP verification codes. OTP codes can expire and may have resend or attempt limits to help protect accounts and reduce abuse.
Reasonable limits may also apply to login attempts, uploads, downloads, enhancement features, feedback, and other security-sensitive actions.
If an OTP email does not appear, please check spam, promotions, or other filtered inbox folders before requesting another code.
5. OPTIONAL GOOGLE AUTHENTICATION
Google authentication support exists in the platform code, but it is available only when Google OAuth is fully configured and enabled by THE VOID SPACE. If Google authentication is disabled, users should use email/password login.
When Google authentication is enabled, it is handled with rules designed to protect existing profiles, emails, usernames, and uploads.
6. ACCOUNT CARE
Please keep your login details private and use your account in a way that respects the platform and other users. Do not share passwords, attempt to access another account, or bypass platform security controls.
If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, contact support as soon as possible so we can review it.
7. CREATOR CONTENT OWNERSHIP
Creators retain ownership of wallpapers and other content they upload. Uploading content to THE VOID SPACE does not transfer ownership to THE VOID SPACE.
By uploading content, you give THE VOID SPACE permission to host, store, display, optimize, generate previews and thumbnails, review, moderate, distribute within the Service, and promote the content within the platform as needed to run and improve the Service.
This permission exists only so THE VOID SPACE can provide public profiles, downloads, previews, moderation, and a reliable platform experience.
8. CONTENT GUIDELINES
To keep the collection useful and respectful, please upload only content that you own or have the right to share. Content should be lawful, safe, and appropriate for a digital art and wallpaper platform.
Please avoid uploading, submitting, or promoting content that:
- Infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights
- Contains malware, deceptive files, hidden harmful behavior, or security risks
- Impersonates another person, creator, organization, or brand
- Harasses, threatens, abuses, or targets others
- Contains unlawful, exploitative, or harmful material
- Attempts to manipulate moderation, upload limits, login protections, downloads, or other platform systems
9. MODERATION
Uploaded wallpapers and profile content may be reviewed by administrators before or after publication. THE VOID SPACE may approve, reject, hide, edit metadata, limit, or remove content when needed for quality, safety, rights, operational, or community reasons.
When action is needed quickly to protect users, creators, the platform, or third-party rights, moderation may happen without advance notice. The goal is to keep the experience clean and trustworthy.
10. WALLPAPER DOWNLOADS AND USAGE
Approved wallpapers may be available for download through the Service. Unless a creator clearly provides different terms, downloaded wallpapers are offered for personal use, such as device customization on phones, tablets, and computers.
THE VOID SPACE does not automatically grant commercial rights in creator wallpapers. Commercial use, resale, redistribution, sublicensing, uploading to other wallpaper platforms, or claiming ownership of another creator's wallpaper requires permission from the appropriate rights holder.
11. IMAGE ENHANCEMENT FEATURES
THE VOID SPACE may offer image enhancement features powered by third-party AI/image services and local image-processing tools. Enhancement availability, quality, limits, output format, processing time, and download availability may vary.
Enhanced files may be returned immediately and stored only temporarily for download. Temporary enhancement downloads can expire or disappear if the server restarts or clears memory.
Please enhance or download only images that you are allowed to use.
12. FEEDBACK AND SUPPORT MESSAGES
Users may submit feedback or bug reports through the Service. Feedback may be reviewed by administrators and may receive replies. Reviewed feedback may be automatically removed after a retention period.
Please avoid including sensitive personal information, passwords, private keys, or confidential content in feedback messages.
13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
THE VOID SPACE branding, interface design, platform assets, and software code remain the property of their respective owners. Open-source components may be governed by their own licenses.

14. COPYRIGHT AND RIGHTS REQUESTS
If you believe content on THE VOID SPACE affects your copyright or other rights, send a request with enough information for review, including your contact details, a description of the protected work, the location of the content, and a short explanation of the concern.

15. ACCOUNT RESTRICTION AND DELETION
THE VOID SPACE may limit or remove accounts or content when needed to address security risks, repeated policy violations, harmful activity, unlawful content, rights concerns, or attempts to bypass platform controls.
Users may delete their own profiles through available account tools. Deletion may remove profile data, uploaded content, active sessions, profile pictures, and related records where applicable. A small amount of information may remain for a limited time where needed for backups, security, abuse prevention, platform integrity, or required records.
16. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
THE VOID SPACE relies on trusted providers for hosting, database, storage, email delivery, authentication support, and image enhancement. These services help the platform run, but they can also affect availability, performance, email delivery, downloads, storage, and enhancement results.
If a third-party service has an outage or limitation, we will work to keep THE VOID SPACE reliable and usable where possible.
17. SERVICE AVAILABILITY
THE VOID SPACE is an evolving platform. Features may improve, change, pause, or be discontinued as the Service grows.
We work to keep the platform available and stable, but no online service can promise uninterrupted access, permanent availability of every upload, continuous enhancement access, or completely error-free operation.
18. REASONABLE RESPONSIBILITY
THE VOID SPACE is offered as a creative platform for browsing, sharing, downloading, and enhancing wallpapers. To the extent permitted by law, we are not able to cover indirect losses, business losses, service interruptions, third-party service issues, user actions, or unauthorized use of content.
Nothing in these Terms is meant to remove rights that cannot be removed under applicable law.
19. USER RESPONSIBILITY
If your content, account activity, or use of the Service creates a claim or concern, you are expected to help resolve it fairly, especially where it involves content rights, misuse of the platform, or violation of these Terms.
20. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
THE VOID SPACE may update these Terms from time to time as the platform changes. Updated Terms become effective when published unless a later effective date is stated.
If you continue using the Service after an update, it means you accept the updated Terms.

If a question or concern comes up, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it in a practical and respectful way.
If an issue cannot be resolved informally, these Terms are generally handled under the laws of India unless mandatory laws in your location require something different.
